48V GaN Inverter - In Progress

A 48 V three-phase GaN inverter. An STM32G474 runs control, and three NCP51810 gate drivers each drive a half-bridge of 100 V CoolGaN FETs. It takes 36–60 V in, switches at 100 kHz, and fits on a four-layer 4 × 4 in board.

Rev A is in layout: placement is done and routing is well along. It hasn't been fabricated yet.
